Apa Hotel Hamamatsu Eki Minami

The hotel is great value for money, especially considering the prices of other APAs we have stayed at. The staff are flexible and very attentive, providing excellent service. Despite the small rooms, they are clean and well-maintained, and the basic amenities provided are appreciated. The location is also ideal, being very close to the railway station and within walking distance to various attractions.

All was just fine.

I liked the location--near the train station. The staff was polite and very pleasant. It was also easy to book, and it was a great relief that there was no cancellation fee except right before.

I had a great stay at this hotel! First of all, the value for money is excellent. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the convenient location next to the train station. I also appreciated the attention to detail, like the umbrellas available for guests to use in case of rain. Additionally, the staff provided wonderful service, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast provided was also a highlight, with a good selection of Japanese dishes and more familiar options like scrambled eggs and bacon. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We stayed during Christmas and were pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere and the festive decorations throughout the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and offering suggestions for nearby restaurants and attractions. We also appreciated the complimentary water bottles and daily room cleaning service. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to many shops and restaurants.
